Great staff. Great breakfast. The room was very lacking... missing many basic kitchen utensils to use the full kitchen. Eg forks, pots, dishware that can be used in oven, kitchen sponge, etc. Front desk very helpful to procure, but this stuff should already be in the room as basic amenity. The bathroom (shower) faucet very leaky which spilled significant water daily on the floor and some other hardware was off the wall laying on floor. Maintenance and upkeep need a stern review internally.

The location is the only good thing. The rooms were not as described, dirty and rundown. Then the manager Chelsea that was helping with an extended reservation seems bothered she had to help. This went on for an hour in a half of being locked out of our room with kids and our dog. Maria an other manager over promised over the phone then under delivered and blamed me for the discrepancy in person. Then after kids wining me being frustrated they felt pressure Chelsea stated to me they returned our entire stay and told me I could pack up and leave. So if you stay here and something like this happens to you make sure to keep a smile on your face and bring patience of God, or they will kick you out. Even if your waiting in their lobby for almost 2 hours. We had a six day stay that ended in a 1 night stay. It was a blessing in disguise we luckily found s place to accommodate a family of 6 and a dog at Staybridge suites only 50 bucks more and 100% nicer and cleaner. Plus amazing staff.

This hotel is run down and dated. The smell when I walked into my room was shocking and I should have left when I could. The pictures attached share the story of the horrible condition the room was in. Dirty kitchen with food stuck to the cabinets and table, burn holes in the carpet, broken blinds, holes in the door. I was without hot water for almost 24 hours and the front desk was less than helpful. They kept giving me the runaround instead of solid answers. This was by far the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed in. Do not recommended.

Would recommend. We got to choose what floor we wanted to be on, and there was free wifi. When we got to the room, it was very clean and we settled in right away. We were able to bake cookies, store and heat our leftovers comfortably, along with being able to relax on our downtime. I would chose to stay here again it was a very pleasant experience.

Rooms are decent and well kept. Some of my friends experienced bed bugs on the first floor. The front dest people were amazing and welcoming, all except maria the manager who had an attitude and was usually on the phone walking around and laughing. I stayed for a while and they would regularly clean the rooms and they did fix things upon request. The breakfast is not the best but doable.

Very nasty front desk lady! They over booked and she gave us an attitude and brushed us off when trying to ask if we could transfer to the other Hyatt down the street. No customer service skills, she should not be working with customers and even less, the face of the Hyatt. Awful experience coming from staying a few nights at the Boulder location. Rooms are falling apart and dirty!
